Puppies and Kittens

Victorian law demands that all puppies and kittens sold through a pet shop must be at least eight weeks of age, wormed, vaccinated for a minimum of 14 days, micro chipped and have a guarantee of at least seven days. Your local council and the Bureau of Animal Welfare enforce these statutory requirements.

  • Held for the fourteen days after vaccination period.This is the law in Victoria under the Companion Animal Act.
